Walters has launched behavioral health and addiction treatment centers from the ground up in the Minnesota and Ohio markets as well. In addition to startup and growth initiatives, Walters has pronounced expertise with optimizing operations for existing addiction treatment centers and psychiatric hospitals including an emphasis on revenue enhancement, payor mix strategy, business development, intake, and leveraging expense to revenue ratios/metrics to maximize EBITDA and operating margin.
